MIT’s junior shortstop, Parker Tew played a big role in the Engineer’s sweep of Wheaton College on Sunday that gave MIT its first NEWMAC baseball title. He went a combined 5-for-11 against the Lyons, driving in six runs. Three of those RBI came on a bases clearing triple in the 10th inning of game two, capping a six-run inning that clinched the championship for the Engineers.
