  • Interviews
    • Interviews with student-athletes, coaches and administrators may only be arranged through the Director of Athletics Communications and/or the assigned sport contact. Post-game interviews with student-athletes or coaches will be conducted either following a 10-minute post-game cooling off period or after a coach has released their team.

    • Licensing "Massachusetts Institute of Technology" and "MIT" are registered trademarks of the Institute. Prospective collegiate merchandise vendors who wish to license one or both of these MIT trademarks for products such as t-shirts, hats, glassware, and other apparel are welcome to apply via MIT's Technology Licensing Office.
  • Media
    • Media that would like to provide television or radio coverage or cover a contest hosted by MIT are asked to request access/credentials at least 48 hours prior to the event. Due to limited seating at venues and/or in the press box, priority will be granted to approved media and communications staff from opposing institutions. Please email the Director of Athletics Communications to submit your request.
  • Photography
    • Photographers must receive prior clearance from the Athletics Communications office to shoot at games/events at MIT. Only approved photographers shooting for MIT, visiting institutions or approved media will be granted venue access/credentials. Parents are not permitted to take photographs on fields/courts at any game without prior approval from the Director of Athletics Communications. Please email the appropriate sport contact at least 24 hours prior to the event to request access/credentials.
    • Away and Postseason Competition: Please note, MIT Athletics's policies for photography during on campus events do not apply to events held at other locations or during postseason play at MIT or other locations. Additional photography credentials may be required for events held at other institutions or during NCAA or postseason events.
