Why I Chose MIT:
- “As I went through the recruitment process, I narrowed my search significantly by only going through the process with schools I would want to attend just as much without volleyball. I wanted a college with high academics, preferably in a city, with an emphasis on undergraduate research. On the volleyball side, I wanted a program that competed at the highest level, with a welcoming and supportive team culture. The team went out of their way to make me feel included on my official visit, emblematic of the culture I was looking for, and the academics here speak for themselves. MIT had it all, and as such, was my number-one choice.”
